About the role

We’re looking for a Digital Media Manager with a proven track record of success in developing and managing paid media campaigns across multiple search engines, platforms, and social channels. This candidate will have the power to directly control the international growth of our brand, while generating sales opportunities that scale our company to be the next marketing cloud. If you join our team, you’ll lead campaign strategy with designers, content marketers, product managers, engineers, and others to develop best-in-class digital campaigns.

  • Manage the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid search, display advertising, and social advertising channels.
  • Manage the entire marketing deliverable cycle, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting
  • Onboard new digital marketing advertising platforms, connect API’s, and set up ad tracking through to Sales Accepted Leads
  • Analytic tracking setup and management on paid media campaign performance
  • Generate and provide both weekly and end-of-campaign reports that provide insights on performance and recommendations for next steps
  • Analyze findings to identify opportunities to improve user experiences
  • Work with creative and content teams to design and test ad creatives and landing pages


  • Proficiency in extracting, manipulating, and analyzing digital data
  • Ability to take actionable insights and turn them into tangible tactics to improve performance
  • Strong background in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and multi-variable testing
  • Strong research and analytics background (Google Adwords certification)
  • Strong overall Digital Marketing knowledge, with a hunger to learn more
  • Extremely data driven and detail oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for this role
  • Extremely analytical, detail-oriented, and organized

  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of current experience in paid media (Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn, Adroll, etc.)
  • Google Analytics experience required, experience with additional platforms preferred
  • Must have Campaign Management experience
  • Must have client side experience
  • B2B technology marketing experience
  • Familiar with account based marketing and account based advertising
  • Experience with, or at, digital agencies
  • International digital marketing experience a plus
  • Working proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with marketing automation, CRM, and other marketing technology
  • Experience optimizing media toward multi-touch attribution data
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines
