Talent Brand Ambassador

About the role

We’re looking for a passionate brand advocate to raise the awareness of Leanplum as an employer of choice.  You’ll bring your passion and skills to promote the value of working at Leanplum, helping us to attract top talent that fits our culture and supports our values. You’ll partner with our recruiting team, marketing team, and hiring managers to develop our Employment Branding strategy and messaging to help build our candidate pipeline.  Through strategic outreach, targeted advertising and marketing, you will successfully engage an audience to drive engaged candidate leads to our recruiting team and hiring managers.


  • Create and curate content to build brand awareness and engage an audience of potential candidates
  • Align with marketing to develop our employer brand messaging and campaign strategy
  • Drive and increase inbound quality candidates, helping to convert leads into applicants.
  • Identify and build an employee ambassador program
  • Partner with marketing and HR to manage our Careers Page
  • Help to enhance and improve the overall candidate experience
  • Oversee our employee referral program, successfully increasing employee participation
  • Track, measure and report on campaign results, delivering action plans in response to the data.

  • You inspire employees to create and share their stories, experiences, and employer reviews.
  • You’ve organized campaigns, programs and events from strategy to execution that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • You’re a social media addict, and can easily attract followers and keep them engaged.
  • You’re resourceful, a self-starter, and a creative problem solverYou’ve had 3-5 years previously working in recruiting, HR or marketing.
